Simple Steps To Revising Plr Commercial Real Estate Articles

If you have one or a set of PLR commercial real estate articles sitting in front of you, stop dreading the process of working through the articles to tweak them and make them your own. It may not be as bad as you think. Some articles may require the smallest of changes.

Even if you’re rewriting the entire PLR article packs, here are some simple and quick tips on how to effectively tackle your rewrites.

Change PLR Title

Start with the title and rewrite it so it better fits your target audience. Turn a generic title into something very specific that is going to resonate with your audience. Also, try to include the keyword you’re targeting for this article in the title.

Write an Attention Grabbing Intro

After the headline, the next most important part of your commercial real estate articles is the introductory paragraph. Write something that is so intriguing that readers simply must read on. Give the reader a preview of what the article is going to reveal to them and why it’s important to them.

Fix Subheadings

If existing subheadings aren’t doing it for you, then put your own twist on them so they pop and intrigue. Remember that subheadings should contain meaningful information that relates to the content that follows it. If the article is just one big block of text, break it up by creating subheadings.

Add a Touch of Your Personality

As the author of the article, even if someone else originally wrote it, insert some of your own personality into the article. Replace words with words you would use. Turn unnatural sounding parts into natural sounding ones. Use jargon that your target audience uses. Use the article to speak directly to your target audience.

Chop Out Content

If there are parts of the article that are not relevant to your audience then delete it. Chop out “fluff” that is not meaningful, and then chop this content out as well.

Add More Content

On the other hand, if the PLR article is missing information, then add in the missing pieces. Adding valuable content to the article adds value to the reader. You may also want to work in relevant and useful resources such as your products, services or products and services you’re an affiliate for.

At this point, your original PLR commercial real estate article should look drastically different than what you start with. You’ve approached the article in steps to transform it into your own.

There are several excellent ways to use article re-writing software. Many new web entrepreneurs choose marketing with articles as a way to drive traffic to their websites. It is a very effective tool in making your website profitable, and it is a fantastic way to grow your website because it is a relatively free strategy of online marketing.

One of the main factors for marketing through articles is time. It takes a lot of time to create enough articles to help your websites rank well in the search engine. I have timed myself on several occasions only to find that it can take me about 30 minutes to create a reasonably sized original article. Not to mention the time that it takes to submit it to all of the article directories. Some directories don’t accept articles submitted to others, so you end up spending more time writing more articles to cover all of your bases.

There is an easy way to create many versions of one article, but you have to be careful about which article rewriter software you use. I have often found myself using free article spinner tools, only to be really disappointed with the output. Some article spinning software programs are fast, but not very efficient for creating quality content. Other content spinners take too much time to create a good spun version of your article, time that you could have taken to write another original article.

To find a good quality article spinner, you need to really search around the internet. Look for a solid article writing software program that will quickly scroll through your original article finding useful synonyms that make sense for each sentence. You need to look for ways to rewrite the article in terms of relevance and quality.

I prefer article spinning software that allow me to rewrite entire sentences and paragraphs with my own wording, and one that can make suggestions as I edit the article. Another useful quality is the ability to update the software, and use real world contributor terms. Having suggested keywords and terms that other people are using is most helpful in a software program.

Spun articles are excellent for creating content for mini websites, submitting to online classifieds, and article submission sites. There are endless ways to recycle a good article. The key is to write good content, edit it to the point where it becomes another good quality article, and submit it to as many places as you can.

The best article spinning software will help you speed up your bum marketing efforts making you more money. The more quality articles that you can create in the least amount of time with maximize your money making efforts. Combine a good content spinner with an automated article submission service, and you have a formula that you can use to create a recurring income for years.

PLR articles – or Private Label Rights – have gotten a bad rap over the years.  However, don’t believe everything you hear when it comes to PLR.  When done properly, PLR can really help your business!

PLR articles are sold in bundles – usually about 5 or 10 articles on a given topic – and sold to different people.   Since they’re not exclusive, you need to do a bit of rewriting if you plan on publishing them online.   But, it is much easier to rewrite something than it is to start from scratch.

So, if you have to edit them, what’s the point of PLR?  The biggest benefit you can get from PLR is the research.  A good PLR article is chock full of interesting facts.  Sure, you may have to do some rewriting, but all of the research has already been done for you. 

Think back to your school days.  If you had to write a term paper, but someone had already done all of the research and wrote you a rough draft, how much time would you have saved?  That’s exactly how PLR works. 

With PLR, you don’t have to spend time researching, but you get to publish the information under your name.  You get to establish yourself as an expert, without putting in the research time.  Anytime you can look like an expert in your niche, more people are going to trust you.  The more trust you can build up, the higher your chances of making more money.

Plus, what would you do with all of that extra time?  Think about it – if your articles were already researched for you, what else could you accomplish?  Dinner with the family instead of eating at your desk?  More time to develop new products?  Good, well-researched PLR can be your new best friend.

So, why are people down on PLR?  Many PLR sites will offer you tons of articles for a very low price.  10 articles for .00 sounds like a great bargain – until you actually read the articles!  They’re mostly fluff, and they’re very short.  They skip the best part – the research!   Those articles don’t do you any good, because there’s nothing to draw from when it’s time to rewrite.

One of the problems that is associated with submitting the same article to multiple directories is that sometimes the search engines will flag some of the content on the article directories as being duplicate content, and then not give you credit for the inbound link coming from that site. Many of the article directories have already addressed this issue by adding in additional content to the page, or requiring that you only submit articles that are exclusive to them. I have found that when I submit the same article to many directories, I still get a lot of links, although I lose a few. I imagine this will get worse in time, as the search engines begin to do a better job of filtering content.

One way to ease this issue is to rewrite your article, changing a few crucial words throughout the article. You can do this in your word processor by selecting words, which you have used repeatedly throughout the article, and using the find and replace feature to replace the words with words of similar meaning. Change the intros to the articles and possibly add in or change existing sub topics. Many of the link building services too stresses on article submission over the other ways such as to buy high PR links.

Another way to do this is to purchase article-rewriting software. I have tried this in the past and have not been satisfied with the results – I feel it is too much work for the result. Some professional link building services too uses this software for link building.

I think that a better approach to this issue is to write one article per 10 article directories, and simply submit each article to 10 directories, then switch to another article to submit to the next 10 directories, and so on. This will not eliminate the problem, but it will give it enough of an improvement that I think it is a superior method of dealing with duplicate content on the article directories than rewriting.
